Through a co creation process we as UNOPS wants to create a manifesto that aligns the mindset and culture of the entire organisation. The manifesto sets out principles to enable and empower people to think & do differently in their everyday job lives, and that is what we aim for.
Taking action starts by you being part of the survey, around actions and challenges within UNOPS. The collected data and insights will be turned into a collective manifesto to be pledge by all member within the organization.
